Sumo Suits Hire Information and Suitability
Sumo Suits are available to hire for adults and children aged 8 and over.
The well padded Sumo Suits are pulled over the competitors heads and sumo helmets put on. The sumo mat contains a circle within the square and the object is to push your opponent out of the circle. Usually on a best of three basis.
For added authenticity we recommend putting Japanese names (the funnier the better) into a hat and providing competitors and party guests with a name badge for the event.
Sumo Wrestling Suit hire is extremely popular for birthday parties of all ages, schools, corporate hire, sports organisations and youth and community groups. Sumo is also a very popular hire item as part of a package, particularly when hired with the Gladiator Duel!
We offer various sumo suit hire options including adult suits and mats, junior suits and mats or both sets of suits and mats.
Dimensions and Space Required
The mat supplied is approx. 12 feet square but its important that there are no hazardous objects around the mat if the participants come off the mat.
Set Up
Sumo Wrestling can be sited indoors or outdoors. We may be able to site on a hard surface, depending upon the type of event..
Power
Not required.
Delivery
As the sumo suits are quite bulky please let us know if there any difficulties in parking, steps or if the site is some distance from the vehicle.
